Admissions
Braeburn Kisumu International School takes great pride in its ethos of inclusivity, welcoming students irrespective of gender, race, religion, or culture. We are a non-selective school, but we ensure all children applying to join us have the ability to successfully access our curriculum through admission testing if appropriate.
Before starting the admissions process, we recommend you visit the school for a tour, or have an informal chat with the Headteacher if you are out of the country. Although the academic year begins in September, we offer a rolling admissions process, so families can join us throughout the year.

Our Application Process
Submit An Enquiry
If you would like to find out more about a place for your child at our school, please complete an enquiry form or contact our Admissions team on the phone or by email. Our Admissions team will support your family through the enquiry process and answer all your questions.
Visit Us
We would be delighted to welcome you to our campus or meet you online to share more information about our school. Our in-person and online visits are the perfect way to meet our Headteacher and team, learn about our school, and discuss how we can welcome and support your child.
Submit an Application
After the enquiry, should you decide that you wish to apply for a place at our school, you will be asked to submit the relevant documentation. The Admissions team will support the application process, which may include ‘taster’ days for children who want to come and ‘try out’ the school. The Admissions staff will advise you of the next steps and whether further assessments are necessary to gauge any required additional support.
Offer of a Place
Once the application and any next steps have been processed, our Admissions team will confirm the offer of a place for your child. To accept this offer, you will be asked to sign an acceptance form. The Admissions team will then support you and your child as they prepare for their first day of school.
