BOOK WEEK

It has been a special week for BKIS with exciting focus on our annual Book Week Celebration themed, My book My World.. A week to tuck into books and try out some new ones. A good time for the students to go on an adventure themselves - in classrooms, Library and the field. The week commenced with buddy reading and D.E.A.R(Drop Everything And Read)moment sessions. Then fun reading activities, storytelling sessions and favourite character dress-up followed.
The involvement of students, parents and teachers has made it to be a memorable event. Having parents readers gracing the event was just humbling and acted as a motivation in nurturing the reading culture.
