To say that High School students experienced a life-altering experience during the mentorship program would be the understatement of the year! This momentous session was hosted by Counsel Eddy Orinda and his wife Dr Faith Odwaro, at Dacha Cottages in Vihiga County on Saturday. A series of self-evaluative activities to enable the students to be more aware of and harness their inner power and talents were conducted.
A key tool used was the Leadership tree which evaluates your background, support system and impediments to the realization of one’s dreams.
Furthermore, the students were introduced to authors who have been key in the journey to greatness for a lot of world leaders with the climax of the day ending with most students being gifted signed copies of the same texts from the hosts’ personal library. They were gifted:
