It was yet another impeccable opportunity to introduce students to books that have inspired children for generations. Roald Dahl is renowned for creating characters that are loved by all: from the eccentric Mr. Fox and the Grand High Witch to the extraordinary, yet easily relatable, Matilda, James and Charlie.
What better time to ignite our children's imaginations and capture the joy, intrigue and adventure of the magical worlds that Dahl created?
Our students engaged in many activities among them: reading and answering comprehension questions, creating birthday cards for Roald Dahl, exploring Roald Dahl’s Biography and autobiography and playing games pegged on Roald Dahl’s life as an author.
